At Bonbake Artisanal Baking, we are committed to deliver handcrafted products that are carefully crafted and made to order desserts to ensure and freshness and bring the joy of indulgence.

Please read our policy to understand your options for cancellations, returns, and refunds:

 Order Cancellation Policy

• For Standard Orders

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of same day delivery, cancellation must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

• For Custom Orders (e.g., cakes, special events, etc.)
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hoursbefore the delivery or pick-up date.
  • Orders cancelled after this time may not be eligible for a full refund due to preparation costs.
  • Cancellation requests after this time frame will not be accommodated due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products.

3. Changes to Orders

• Changes to your order (e.g., delivery time, item modifications) must be requested at least 24 hoursin advance for standard orders and 72 hours for custom orders.

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, you must place the request within 30 mins of delivery.
• Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
• The item received is incorrect or does not match your order.
• The product was damaged during transit.

To process a return, please provide:

• A clear photo of the product and its packaging showing the issue within 30 mins of delivery
• Proof of purchase or order details.

Conditions for Returns

• Returns are only applicable for unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging.
• Products must have been stored as per our recommendations (e.g., in a cool, dry place).
• Items mishandled or not stored correctly after delivery will not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Considering the delicate and perishable nature of products, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction with taste.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
• Sale or discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds shall be issued a Credit Note with a one-month redemption time frame from the date of the original order, amounting to the value of the order that was cancelled or towards the amount of the value of a particular item that was cancelled.
